Hello Everyone, 

            Has anyone been experiencing issues lately with downloading
and printing PDF documents from Westlaw’s site? Yesterday one of our
librarians showed me that when you click on the “download original PDF
document” link in a case it looks like it is opening, makes a sound as if
a popup was blocked, then disappears.   If I hold down CTRL during the whole
process it works fine. Firefox also works fine no issues at all.

            I have turned off all popup blockers and still
cannot get it working, I also added Westlaw’s urls to the trusted site
list and even changed my Download settings under security to enable all
downloads (this was as per Westlaw), still no luck.

Is anyone else seeing this issue? If so did you work it out?
