Recycled Toner Cartridges

My apologies in advance if this has been a previous thread. 
 
We are looking to become more Green here and also cut down on some costs.  Has anyone used a reliable vendor for recycled toner cartridges.  Please let me know.  Thanks.

We use Applied Laser Technologies (http://www.altconnect.com). They are based out of Cleveland, but I believe they provide recycled toners nationally. They are the forth toner vendor I have dealt with and they are definitely the best we have used so far.
